At Lena Mayo we use the latest local production technology with global shipping, printing or producing the products requested in the order at the time it is placed, thus reducing the carbon footprint, much more ecological and responsible action with the planet. In this way, we can guarantee the same conditions of shipping costs (FREE - INCLUDED IN THE PRICE) to any part of the world.
*Due to supply problems caused by the current situation, Lena Mayo reserves the right to cancel an order if the shipping costs detailed above are higher than expected. In this case, the customer will be contacted to explain the situation, offer an alternative and cancel the order if they do not agree.
Customs procedures
Customs charges are not included in the price and must be paid by the buyer.
Delivery times for children's decoration
The time needed to process an order can be 2-5 business days, depending on the nature of the order. To this time we must add the shipping times, between 2-5 business days. The buyer will receive an email with the tracking code of his order, so that he can have updated information at all times of the terms of his shipment. Please note that customs procedures may delay or even stop the shipment.
Delivery times for paintings available to send: priority national/international package.
