Returns
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products received, send an email to info@lenamayo.com within a period not exceeding 14 days from receipt of the product. In said email you must indicate the order number and the reason for returning the item (I would appreciate it if you attach photographs of the defects that motivate the request). Once the return request is received, I will inform you of the steps to follow.
If the reason for the return is due to a fault or defect in the order, Lena Mayo bears the shipping costs. If the reason for the return is for a cause not attributable to this business, the customer must pay the shipping costs of the same.
In the case of customized products, returns will only be accepted for those that are damaged or defective. It is important to note that the tone of the colors may vary slightly from what is perceived on the screen to the live product, although everything is much more beautiful in nature than in the photographs.
When I receive the return and verify that it meets the conditions indicated above, I will proceed to make the change or pay the amount of the returned item.
Wrong shipping address
Please make sure you fill in all shipping information correctly. Otherwise, I am not responsible for possible losses or returns to the supplier of the product.
Taxes
The prices include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, fee, duty or surcharge.
Prices
The products will be sold at the price indicated, being the price that is collected at the time of the confirmation of the order by the client.
